Alphabet, a parent company behind Google today announced that they will take over Wiz, a firm focusing on cyber security. Wiz is expected to be part of Google Cloud after the completion of the acquisition, including receiving authorities.
Wiz is ready to offer cloud -based cyber security solutions, and also work with other cloud service companies such as Microsoft and Amazon. Earlier, last year, Google had been in talks to take Wiz at $ 23 billion, but the discussion was interrupted at the time.
Google says Wiz will continue to offer products covering solutions for AWS and Azure after this acquisition, and continue to offer as a multi-election.
If all goes well, including receiving authority confirmation, this will be the biggest acquisition by Google so far.
