Government Announces Free 5GB Minimum Data Quota for All on First Aidilfitri

Minister of Communications, Datuk Fahmi Fadzil today announced the “Insentif Rebat Rahmah” program in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Through it, all Malaysian telecommunications service users will receive a minimum additional 5GB data quota for free on the first Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

This incentive is being held for the first time this year, and involves telecommunications companies CelcomDigi, Maxis, U Mobile, TM Tech, YTL Communications, Pavo Comms, Tune Talk, redONE, REDtone, and also XOX Com.

This offer covers prepaid and postpaid users. More information regarding this incentive will be announced by the respective telecommunications companies in the near future.
