Starting March 31, 2025, Maybank’s online payment page will be revamped with a new design. This change is due to the current FPX payment service being phased out and replaced by DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets (DOBW). Users will also see the following page when they make payments with Maybank2u via online banking in the future.
For context, DOBW is the latest payment service by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (PayNet) which replaces FPX. It allows users to make secure transactions with selected merchants through easy redirection to online banking platforms or digital wallet applications including Maybank2u.
Although the login page interface has changed, other payment processes will remain the same as before. Please note that the real M2U website will display an image and security phrase before asking for a password. To avoid becoming a victim of fraud, individuals should always be vigilant and recognize the signs of fake banking websites.
