Qualcomm Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, G2 Gen2 and G1 Gen 2 launched for mobile console



The PC console industry is seen to grow this year with more offerings. Recently, it is seen that Qualcomm will also fight with AMD and Intel for the PC console superintendent with the introduction of their latest Snapdragon G processing chip series.


It consists of three models, including Qualcomm Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, Qualcomm Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 and Qualcomm Snapdragon G1 Gen 2. It is expected that this processing chip will be used to strengthen a number of simple PC consoles such as Yaneo, OnexPlayer and Retroid Pocket.



The Qualcomm Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 comes with an eight-core kryo processing chip consisting of one prime core, five performance core and two core efficiency. It also comes with Adreno A32 graphic processing chips that come with support for Ray-Tracing technology. Qualcomm also said that this chip comes with a 30 percent CPU performance than the Snapdragon G3X Gen 2.



In terms of technology support, it comes with support for WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.3 as well as a resolution of up to QHD at 144Hz fresh. Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 chips and Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 also support Snapdragon Game Super Resolution Technology and Adreno Frame Motion Engine 2.0 for a smoother and smoother gaming experience.



According to Qualcomm, the Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 chip will power three simple PC consoles, including the Ayaneo Pocket S2, Ayaneo Gaming Pad and Onexplayer Onexsugar. Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 will power a retroid pocket console. The Snapdragon G1 Gen 2 will power the Retroid Pocket Classic, a console inspired by the Nintendo Game Boy console.



The devices powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon G processing chip will be introduced and arrived in the selected markets soon.
