Samsung Malaysia has opened the registration for three new gaming monitors in the 2025 Odyssey series, including the Odyssey 3D, Odyssey OLED G8, and Odyssey G9. Buyers who register their interest between March 24 and April 6 are eligible to enjoy savings of up to RM1,300.
The offer includes an exclusive e-voucher worth RM300 upon registration, which can be redeemed during the pre-order period from April 7 to 20, 2025. In addition, buyers can also save up to RM1,000 on select models when pre-ordering.
The new 27-inch Odyssey 3D monitor (G90XF) offers a 3D-based gaming experience without the need for special glasses. Eye-tracking technology and Proprietary Lenticular lenses are used to display high-definition, natural-looking 3D images, which can be accessed via the Reality Hub app. With this technology, in-game action feels more real and engaging.
The Odyssey 3D also comes with AI Video Conversion, which allows video content to be converted to 3D. Each compatible scene will be analyzed and converted to ensure a consistent 3D effect. The Odyssey OLED G8 is a 27” QD-OLED monitor with a 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. The panel also has a 0.03ms (GTG) response time, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, NVIDIA G-Sync and passes the VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 standard. It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC for more responsive gaming performance. The thin metal-based design is also suitable for use in small spaces, while the included Core Lighting+ can also be customized according to each style.
Meanwhile, the Odyssey G9 (model G91F) uses a QHD screen display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1000R curvature and a 0.03ms (GTG) response time. VESA DisplayHDR 600 and HDR10+ Gaming certification are also provided for clearer image display. In addition to supporting Picture-by-Picture and Picture-in-Picture features for a better multitasking experience. At the same time, it can help users access games faster through the Auto Source Switch+ function.
