In parallel with the Mobile World Congress event, various device manufacturers are racing to announce and introduce their respective devices. Samsung is not left behind and today officially introduced three devices under them, namely the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36 and also the Galaxy A26. All three models also come with 5G network support along with it.
All three device models come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ screen with a Super AMOLED display panel, as well as support for a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. All three devices also use a 5000mAh battery, and run the Android 15 operating system with the One UI 7 interface.
For the Galaxy A56, it comes with three main cameras on the back with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Differentiating the offerings on the A36 and A26 is the use of an ultra-wide camera, where an 8-megapixel sensor is used. All three also include a 12-megapixel front camera.
The Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36 offer memory options of up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the Galaxy A26 offers up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Samsung is also focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence on these three devices, including new features such as song search via Circle To Search, and specifically for the Galaxy A56 it also includes the Best Face feature to make it easier to record group photos with everyone's facial expressions in the best possible condition. Users can also use the Object Eraser feature to remove unwanted objects in the photo.
Samsung promises Android updates up to 6 generations and also 6 years of security updates for this device. Samsung also stated that they will offer the Galaxy A56 Enterprise Edition focused on enterprises – which offers updates up to 7 generations of the operating system.
Samsung is expected to announce the offering price for these three devices in the near future.
