Windows + C Shortcut Key Will Return for Windows 11 Users

Not only macOS users are skilled in using keyboard shortcuts to make daily work easier. Windows also has many, it's just that we use the Windows or Ctrl key instead of relying on the Command key. Recently, the Windows + C shortcut key will return after its support was temporarily discontinued.

Initially, Windows + C was the shortcut key to invoke Cortana. Then after the death of Cortana and the era of teleconference calls, this key was used to launch Microsoft Teams. It was then used to invoke Copilot, until the special Copilot key was introduced – Windows + C can no longer be used. In the XDA Developers report citing the sharing of X PhantomOfEarth – Microsoft is seen testing to bring back this Windows + C shortcut key.

Sources stated that in the Windows system settings there will be a setting to set the shortcut key. It is said that users themselves can choose what will happen if the Copilot or Windows + C key is pressed. This new setting is also said to allow users to press to access the context menu from within any application launched with the key just now. Let's all look forward to this update.
