U Mobile Network Down? U Mobile Asks to Select Network Manually



A number of U Mobile network users today complained of network problems, making it difficult for them to make calls or access the internet through their respective devices. The reason behind this was not disclosed by U Mobile.


However, through a response on social media, U Mobile asked users to select the network manually, thus overcoming the network problem.


Android users can make this change by going to the Settings page > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Turn off Select Automatically > Select U Mobile 4G/U Mobile.


iPhone users can also do the same by going to the Settings page > Mobile Data/Cellular > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic > Select U Mobile.
